Yes, Fierce Cheer Elite runs a fair program and expects all athletes to follow the rules set forth in the FCC rule and commitment packet. Some may not like this discipline, and think we are too firm uniformly applying the same rules to everyone. But, in a “team” environment, having a uniform set of rules that everyone follows, is crucial to success. At the beginning of each season, everyone is given a written set of our rules (FCC Law) –which institutes the 3 strikes you're out policy and we require everyone read through the rules and return a signed copy. Most families believe this discipline plays a major role in our success.
Yes, you cannot miss practice one week prior to a competition. Please understand that additional practices are essential before a competition. These additional practices are mandatory. We understand that there are circumstances that become unavoidable but keep in mind that this is a sport that you have chosen to do and your attendance not only affects you, but also the other individuals that are on your team. Tuition pays for training. It does not pay for the right to perform. Please be clear that each member earns the right to perform through preparation as committed team player. An irresponsible team member will not be allowed to put at risk the performance and safety of others.

Unexcused absences will result in the team member being pulled from an upcoming performance at the discretion of the staff. We may also elect to place that member on probation by moving them to an alternate position if the problem persists. We have strict 3 strikes your out policy.
Yes, our team practices are closed practices -- we do this to ensure the safety as well as the concentration of the individual members on the teams..
