Elizabeth Stimmel - Fierce Cheer & Dance Elite Owner and Director, Founded in 2006
Elizabeth has a great love for cheer and choreography and is admired for the love and respect she gives her athletes, parents and fellow coaches. She has been coaching for over 16 years and her professionalism has allowed her to grow the cheer program from 20 to over 100 athletes in 3 years. She trained in gymnastics and cheer since the age of 5 and continued to cheer through college at the University of Davis. She is a Graduate of SSU with a B.A. in English and a minor in Drama. She has choreographed and worked with local high schools and youth teams such as: Santa Rosa High School, Santa Rosa Christian, El Molino, Elsie Allen, Healdsburg, Windsor Knights, Petaluma Panthers, and Stallions. Her talents and love for performance not only include cheer but Modeling and Acting. Her credits include: Miss Northern California, Modeling in Europe and gracing the pages of Vogue Magazine to print work and ramp work for various fashion companies. Recent work includes: Choreography and costume design for an upcoming film: The Prankster, which is set to be released in December, 2010.  She believes that an athlete will perform to their best ability if they learn in a positive atmosphere, keeping Safety a #1 priority.

Tina Maffia - Tiny/Mini Cheer Coach 
Tina keeps us working like clockwork. She is well-respected and loved by parents, athletes, and fellow coaches. She not only keeps our gym running smooth-she also assists in coaching on all teams and her attention to detail keeps our athletes looking tight. She cheered and danced through high school and soon after began coaching various teams. She is a graduate of Redwood Empire Beauty College and received a Cosmetology License and is our resident hair and makeup specialist who get our athletes looking stage ready. Tina has been coaching for over 14 years and is trained and certified in: stunt, safety, First Aid and CPR.


Deanne Cromwell
- Pom Choreographer/ Dance Director and Cheer Coach 
Deanne is the QUEEN of Fierce. She is known for her quick intuition and attention to detail and amazing Pom choreography. She has been coaching for over 16 years and greatly enjoys the sport! She has worked with many of the local cheer teams and has assisted them in choreography and management. She is trained and certified in: stunt, dance, safety, First Aid and CPR.
 
 
 
Pat Jackson- Tumble Coach and our own EMT on staff 
Pat
has been coaching Gymnastics for over 35 years and is highly respected for her Love and Professionalism she brings to the sport. She is a graduate of San Francisco State University with a B.A. in Physical Education specializing in Gymnastics, Secondary Education and Dance. Her credits include: USA Fully Certified Gymnastics member, USA Gymnastics Safety Certified, American Red Cross CPR/AED-Adult-Child-Infant CPR, American Red Cross Standard First Aid, and is a full inclusion teacher for Rohnert Park-Cotati School District. Her experience includes: Y.M.C.A San Francisco Gymnastics instructor, Hoover Middle school S.F. Head coach Gymnastics team, American Gymnastics instructor, Rohnert Park Gymnastics instructor, Santa Rosa Gymnastics and Fierce Cheer Tumbling Director.
 
Anise Gencer- Junior and Senior Tumble Coach Director
Anise brings a high level of performance to the floor with a focus on teaching POWER TUMBLING.  She has been coaching for over 6 years and and has been involved in competitive gymnastics for over 7 years-completing level nine gymnastics at age 14.  She has trained and worked with level 5 teams from Power to One Athletics. She is a strong and focused coach who brings out the best in our athletes.

Trey Wright - Break Dance Instructor, Hip Hop Coach and Choreographer.
Trey is new to the Bay Area and a product of street competitive Hip Hop! He brings styles of popping, locking, b-boy, and crumping.  He is originally from Florida where he danced for 14 years. He studied at Crown Studios in Orlando, and was on Deja Vu, Hit Squad, and Kut Sum dance crews. He has danced for Hip Hop videos such as: Beyonce, T.I., and Nelly and was on So You Think You Can Dance.  Trey loves dancing and loves kids. He is committed to the art of bringing true dance to the floor.

Pam Calahan - Fundraiser Queen
Pam insures our athletes receive opportunities for fundraising through our various events and opportunities. She is loved and appreciated for the love hard work she puts into all our teams.

Charlotte Warren- Tumble Instructor and Cheer Coach
Charlotte is a power house tumble coach who is full of energy and talent. She has coached for 3 years and has been involved in competitive cheer since high school. She has trained and cheered for Power and comes to us with with high recommendations. She is a talented team player who is much loved by both her team, athletes, and coaches. 
 
Jennifer Porter- Cheer Coach
Jennifer has been coaching for over 7 years with the Stallions and is known for her clean routines and attention to detail. Her efforts have earned her teams several 1st places with the Stallions. She is much loved by athletes, parents, and her fellow coaches. Jennifer is FIERCE!
 
Kim Coleman - Guest Choreographer from TX 
Kim is a veteran to the to sport of Cheerleading. She has 20 years of cheer experience. With over 15 national titles under her belt, Kim has an extraordinary gift to create "Master Pieces".  Kim has choreographed with teams on every level (college, high school, junior varsity and junior high, all-stars)  She possesses an intense desire to pull out the maximum potential of each individual to showcase a crowd pleasing routine.  As a resident of the great state of Texas, I have the ability to study the sport of cheerleading at different National Championship Venues.  "Staying up with the latest trends, creating a new way to teach teams to excel by using their personality, strengths and goals is the key to having a successful choreography company.
